hmmmm If I had 5000.00 in a book and woke up with an empty account either I did some sleep walking or a sportsbook employee played and lost a ton of my money. Has this ever happened ? Makes you think to only play at books that have a log of your casino play. Just think that stuff is a little better protected than your account. To delete the history might need higher level access.
leveraging the above in a different way....try getting a report from your isp that details the times that you used your pc (or didn't use in your case). i'm no computer geek but my guess is that the book should have a record of the ip address you previously used and if the report from the isp says that the same ip was not connected during the hours in question, you should be home free.
i can see a ton of holes in this such as: 1) what if you've previously used other pc to wager with this book (then they have multiple ips for your acct) 2) my suggestion seems like it would require some effort from the book and if they are not a major player i could see them saying eff you and 3) you are one of those guys who leaves his pc on all the time. in that case it would appear that you were connected during those hours (this assumes that somehow the ip matches to the one used to blow your 5k).

THE BOTH MATCHED WITH A ENDING BALANCE OF $4754.24. SO BOTH MY RECORDS AND THE WEBITES WERE IN AGREEMENT. IT WAS 2AM AND THERE WAS NO PLAYS LEFT. AT THIS TIME I GOT IN MY CAR WITH MY GIRLFRIEND TO LEAVE FOR OUT VACATION IN THE OUTER BANKS OF NORTH CAROLINA. WHICH IS A ELEVEN HOUR DRIVE FROM WHERE I LIVE. WITH RESTSTOPS AND ALL WE ARRIVED IN N.C. AT ABOUT 1PM SATURDAY. AT ABOUT 2PM I HOOKED UP MY LAPTOP AND SIGNED ONTO MY ACCOUNT AND THE BALANCE WAS $0.74. THAT'S RIGHT 74 CENTS. I CALLED THE WEBSITES 800# AND ALL THEY COULD DO WAS TELL ME THAT MY BALANCE WAS INDEED 74 CENTS. OTHER THAN THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THERE BOSS CALL ME. HIS NAME IS **** I HAVE DEALT WITH HIM BEFORE WITH NO HASSLES OR PROBLEMS. HIS JOB TITLE IS *********. HE SAID THAT SOMEONE HAD USED MY ACCOUNT TO PLAY BLACKJACK AT $50 & $100 A HAND. NOW I HAVE PLAYED BLACKJACK BEFORE BUT ONLY AT $5 & $10 A HAND. AS ******* WILL TELL YOU I DO NOT MAKE ALOT OF MONEY AND $4754 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO ME. NOW I WOULD BE STUPID TO BUILD MY ACCOUNT UP TO ALMOST $5000 AND THEN BLOW IT ALL THAT. THE WEBSITE STATED THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO AN IP(?) SEARCH. SO I WAS BASICALLY SCREWED AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR FIND OUT WHO TOOK IT. SO I SAID THAT THERE REALLY WAS NO SECURITY IN THERE WEBSITE. **** SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE HIGHER UP'S AND GET BACK TO ME BUT THAT IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD FOR ME AND THAT THESE GUYS DO NOT REFUND MONEY LOST. NOW ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH AN EXTRA $1100 BY MISTAKE. NOW AS MUCH AS I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO TAKE THERE MONEY I THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD FIND THE MISTAKE SOONER OR LATER AND I AM NOT ONE TO TAKE WINNINGS THAT I HAVE NOT EARNED. **** THANKED ME AND SAID THAT HE OWES ME ONE AND COULD HAVE BEEN FIRED FOR THAT MISTAKE.
